Summer Film Series: Cat Nation & The Heart of the Elephant

Summer Film Series: Cat Nation & The Heart of the Elephant In-Person

Graduate Student Life and the S.C. Williams Library invite you to unwind every Thursday afternoon with a movie screening on campus. Enjoy a curated selection of films and complimentary popcorn as we create a space to relax, connect, and enjoy good cinema together.

Double the stories, double the adventure!

Join us on July 17 for a special double feature: Cat Nation and The Heart of the Elephant.

We’ll kick off the night with Cat Nation — a fun, offbeat dive into Japan’s fascinating love affair with cats, from cat cafés to entire islands ruled by furry friends. Right after, we’ll head into the wild with The Heart of the Elephant, a heartfelt look at the lives, struggles, and remarkable intelligence of these majestic animals.

If you have questions about research. you can make an appointment with me to discuss, regardless of what stage of the research process you are in.

I am the liaison librarian for the School of Business and Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics departments. When I am not working with students in the Library, I teach classes and workshops all about the academic research process.
