Sound Bath Meditation In-Person
Take a well-deserved break from your studies to relax and recharge with Librarian Mary Ellen Valverde, a certified yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer.
This 45-minute session combines gentle stretching, mindful breathing, meditation, and a calming sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls to ease stress and restore balance.
This experience will help you:

✨ Activate your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress
✨ Ease mental fatigue for better focus and sustained productivity
